Our small factory is dedicated to traditional techniques, where we meticulously sort, roast, crush, grind, and mold every batch by hand. By using minimal ingredients, we preserve the natural flavors of cacao, creating a chocolate experience that celebrates its authentic taste—something often lost in mass production. Collaborating with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve designed unique chocolate bars and packaging that tell the story of our journey from sailor to chocolate maker, reflecting the remarkable voyage of our cacao.
