I, Sam Ellis, first fell in love with the art of baking while working in various bakery kitchens. In 2013, a late-night inspiration led me to hand-roll, boil, and bake bagels for the local farmers' market, and that small venture quickly turned into our thriving bakery. Now, our talented team of eight, including my wife Sara, specializes in real sourdough bread, mouthwatering pastries, delectable donuts, and, of course, bagels.
